The shooting of short narratives under the 24th Great Film Adventure has just come to an end. The participants of the film adventure – the students of the Attendance Centre no. 3 in Poznań – were shooting material for their short film entitled ‘Dwa serduszka’ (Two Little Hearts).
The picture, set in the early 1900s, tells a story of students who fled school to fight for Polish independence. Present times intertwine with the past, with a first-love story running in the background. The production is filmed under the artistic guidance of the director Jacek Filipiak and Janusz Piwowarski as a cinematography supervisor.
Invited by the director, the young filmmakers visited the set of the ‘Na Wspólnej’ TV series. During their stay in Warsaw, they had a unique opportunity to participate in two episodes of the show.
‘Two Hearts’ will premiere in December, at the 36th International Young Audience Film Festival Ale Kino! in Poznań.
The Great Film Adventure is realized at the Children’s Art Centre in Poznań under the patronage and with the support of the Polish Filmmakers Association.
